Process

Our process is simple. You are a part of it.

From the initial meeting, we work closely with you to match your plan with your budget. We will supply a detailed agreement outlining the timeline and budget with continuous check-ins along the way. We work with architects, townships and inspectors to keep the project on schedule and have a keen design eye to help bring your vision to life.

Most importantly, communication is at the forefront of all projects and we will keep you updated through calls, emails and on-site meetings until the keys are in your hands.

We have had the pleasure of working with Monteforte Construction on a number of projects over the last decade. It always starts with a very concise review of an estimate/budget that we work off of. Every project has its’ “twists and turns” with unforeseen issues, but MCI is always very good about explaining any additional work orders and making you feel comfortable with what you are paying for.

Our highlight of working with Frank has always been how well he has worked with our interior designer. He takes a very collaborative approach and is often able to help with more complex design solutions when necessary. His experience working with high-end properties means that he has often dealt with similar issues to ours, and we rarely (if ever) run into a design complexity that stumps Frank and his team. Speaking of his team, they are top notch. Frank has had a great deal of consistency with his staff over the years and no matter what level we need to operate at or communicate with, we always feel we are dealing with true professionals.
