A breathtaking 2,800 square foot, penthouse condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean was recently transformed into a modern, open-concept living space. Our work included reconfiguring the foyer to create a more welcoming and spacious entrance, opening up and redesigning the beautiful new kitchen—integrating it seamlessly with the living area, installing new glass railings, upgrading the stair treads as well as renovating all bathrooms.
The completed renovation exceeded the client’s expectations, transforming their penthouse into a luxurious retreat that seamlessly blends sophistication with functionality. The open-concept layout, combined with high-end finishes and tailored details, elevates the living experience.
