This project included a full home renovation, basement renovation, and a third-floor addition. Demolition involved the first and second-floor foyers, living room ceiling, attic space, and master bathroom tile floor. A new garage was installed, along with a dormer addition featuring a new bedroom, study alcove, closet, and attic storage. We framed new openings for the second-floor foyer and the third-floor balcony. Andersen 400 series windows were supplied and installed, along with new gutters and leaders. A Heat & Glo Cosmo 42” gas insert with a stainless-steel surround was installed in the living room. New 2 ¼” red oak hardwood flooring was added to the second-floor hallway, study, master closet, bedroom, and study alcove. Built-in cabinets and cabinetry tops were also supplied and installed. All bathrooms were fully renovated.
