Bradley Beach House

Blending old and new to create a modern and functional home is sometimes more challenging than starting from the ground-up. Our team transformed a 100-year old beach bungalow into a beautifully crafted full-time residence one brick at a time. We constructed a 450 sq. ft. addition in the back of the house, creating an entirely new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room. We opened up walls, reconfigured the HVAC, electrical and plumbing and most importantly shored up the foundation and structure to last another 100+ years.
